If you are going to a clinic for an in-person appointment, before your appointment please consider if:

• you have any acute respiratory symptoms (such as shortness of breath or a cough) or even minor symptoms such as unexplained nausea, loss of smell or a blocked or runny nose

• you have had close or casual contact in the past 14 days with a confirmed case of COVID-19
